替代 #1：该 PR 保留 ANGJustinl 的原始提交，并补上维护者评审修复。

  • 将 WebSocket 生产端口从 REST 端口中分离并统一默认值为 3001。
  • 修复 /game、/location-broadcast 和 /ws/notice 的 Nginx WebSocket 转发。
  • 健康接口版本读取 package.json。
  • 允许 Zulip 降级模式在没有凭据和加密密钥时启动，同时禁用相关密钥存取。
  • 修正 PM2 工作目录并添加后端、管理端 Nginx 模板。
  • 添加 部署文档，包含配置、构建、验收和回滚步骤。

验证：pnpm 锁定依赖安装、Nest 构建、React 管理端构建、生产降级启动、REST 健康检查及三个 WebSocket 直连均通过。
