chore:整理API测试脚本

- 移除分散的旧测试脚本(test-api.ps1, test-api.sh, test-register-fix.ps1, test-throttle.ps1)
- 添加统一的综合测试脚本(test-comprehensive.ps1)
- 新脚本支持更多功能:跳过限流测试、自定义服务器地址等
- 提供更完整的API功能测试覆盖
